No horse, animal or item is considerd sold by 3D Ranch until full payment is recieved.
3D Ranch will NOT hold a horse or animal without a deposit
(we require 50% of the purchase price as a CASH deposit, IF arrangements have been approved by 3D Ranch, Deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE)
FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!
Also we do our business on a first come, first serve basis
(Example: IF you make an appointment for Friday at 12:00 to view one of our horses or animals,
and someone else comes to look at the horse or animal on Thursday at 2:00 and purchases the horse or animal, that is considered....first come first serve)
3D RANCH DOES NOT OFFER THE FOLLOWING:
Trials on horses or animals (you are more than welcome to try the horse out here, if need be several times)
Leases on horses or animals (we do NOT offer on farm or off farm leases)
Payments or Terms (on horses or animals)
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
3D Ranch will only accept CASH or CASH DIRECT BANK deposits (no longer cheque bank deposits)....SORRY for the inconvienience!
3D Ranch no longer accepts cheques (personal or business, or certified), money orders (Canadian or US)
HOLDING DEPOSIT
We DO require a minimum of HALF the horse/pony purchase price as a 'holding' deposit. Unless other arrangements have been made. The deposit MUST me CASH ONLY! This IS standard for 3D Ranch! Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!
HAULING ARRANGEMENTS:
All hauling or shipping arrangements are made SEPERATELY from the purchase price of the horse or animal.
(Hauling fees are NOT included in the purchase price)
Sorry, FUEL has gone up drastically in price...we cannot do hauling for 'cost' anymore. I am sure nobody would haul for cost, with the wear and tear on the vehicle/trailer now days.
Also...in the past many people have 'changed the delivery location' while we are ON route with the horse....IF you decide to change the location...there will be extra fees charged. The same quote does NOT apply.
We are reasonable with hauling fees...please email to inquire.
VET INSPECTIONS/VET CHECKS
3D Ranch DOES offer Vet Inspections/Vet Checks at the BUYERS expense (you can use your own vet, or we can give you a suitable list from various clinics in the area...which you then arrange the appointment yourself and also the payment can be made to the clinic on your credit card) for any horse or animal offered available by 3D Ranch. Vet checks are the buyers responsiblities, if you refuse to have the potential horse/pony vet checked on our premises, we do not honor vet checks once off our propert. You are able to choose any licensed vet to perform the vet check here on our proptery.
DISCLOSED Issues or Vices with our horses/ponies.
If 3D Ranch STATES or LISTS that one of horses has shown NO signs of any issues, or vices while in being in our care. It means that 3D Ranch has never seen the horse/pony offer to buck, rear, bite, kick, bronc, etc while in our care. This does NOT mean that the horse/pony is guaranteed issue or vice free, we are being blunt and honest. On some of our horses and ponies, we do not KNOW their history 100%, we can only tell you what we DO know about their past, or how they handle WHILE in our care. IF one of our ponies or horses has shown ANY signs of issues or vices, we WILL or already have disclosed them to the public, for the safety of the buyer, as well as the horse/pony.
Remember horses/ponies ARE animals, changes in their environment, surroundings, moving to a new home/situation, new fmaily....CAN change their behavior.
3D Ranch is NOT held liable or responsible for any changes in one of our horses/ponies behavior after it leaves this farm. ALL horses and ponies are sold AS IS.
Horses or Ponies SOLD 'AS IS'
Horses or ponies that are sold 'AS IS' is meaning in the condition that they are CURRENTLY in when leaving this property. We are not responsible for any conformation flaws, attitude problems, any other issues, any other vices, or the horse being unhealthy or unsound. What YOU see is what you get. No guarantees! Horses or ponies sold 'AS IS' are NON-FUNDABLE on purchase prices!
BOARDING
IF you purchase a horse or pony from 3D Ranch....we do not board here, so the animal MUST be either picked up or delivered within the week of the purchase. IF for any reason the horse/pony or animal stays longer, you will be charged $10/day care.
'Broodmare Only'
Mares being sold as 'BROODMARE ONLY' , PLEASE do not make an appointment to view the mare with the intentions of the mare being a riding horse. We are selling the mare as a 'BROODMARE ONLY', We are NOT negotiable on the purchase price!
Mares SOLD with a 'FREE Breeding'
Mares that are sold by 3D Ranch with a 'Free Breeding' are the SAME purchase price WITH or WITHOUT the 'Free Breeding'. Also the time frame allowed to use the free breeding will be stated....
Example: 'Free 2009 Breeding' means that the breeding MUST be used in the time frame allowed for the 2009 breeding season specified by 3D Ranch. IF you do NOT use the breeding in the 2009 time allowed....the breeding will be null/void and will NOT be carried over until another season.
Mares SOLD with a 'Free breeding' will have to be used by the OWNER on that said mare for that breeding season specified. If the owner decides to sell the mare, give the mare away, trade, etc The breeding does NOT go with the mare. The new owner does NOT get the breeding privledges/rights.
'Free Breedings' that are offered by 3D Ranch are only honoured for the said mare that the breeding was sold with. The breeding CANNOT be used on any other mare.
3D Ranch ALSO requires the mare owner to vet check/preg check by a licensed veteranarian at their expense to confirm the said mare 'infoal'. IF the said mare is not infoal...the owner of the mare is to contact 3D Ranch immediatley to make other arrangements for a possible rebreed.
SOLD Breedings
All breedings sold by 3D Ranch to one of our select stallions being offered, are SOLD on a contract. Please read through the contract thoroughly. Breedings that are SOLD by 3D Ranch, cannot be Re-sold, given away, traded, or used on any other mare, other than the original mare that the breeding was purchased for.
Stallions and Stallion Prospects
We will NOT agree to sell a stallion, or stallion prospect to ANY person under the age of 18 years old!!! We are EXTREMELY FIRM on this decision!
We also will NOT agree to letting anyone under the age of 18 years old, handle ANY of our stallions, or upcoming stallion prospects!
Minors Purchasing Horse/Pony or Animal from 3D Ranch
IF you are under 18 and would like to purchase a horse/pony or animal from us you MUST have your parent are guardian with YOU at the time of puchase and willing to sign a purchase agreement.
Proper Riding Attire/Equipment Required
Anyone under the age of 18 years old that would like to make an appointment to meet a horse/pony of ours, with the intention of riding the horse/pony to 'try' them out. IS required to bring a suitable riding helmet and boots!
Also IF you would like to ride in your 'own' tack on one of our horses or ponies, it must meet the suitable requirements of 3D Ranch
We will NOT allow spurs, whips, crops, etc of any kind to be used on any of our horses and ponies, they are trained that they are NOT needed. So please LEAVE them at home.
Safey is a MUST here at 3D Ranch, so please respect our requirements/decisions.
